Track SB 280 to House Appropriations and Rules Committees

In light of the extreme budget crisis we are facing at every level of government, it is critical that our local governments be given additional taxing authority so that we are not so dependent on fluctuations in the real estate tax.

We greatly appreciate the Senate passing SB 280 for greater taxing authority for food and beverages granted the local governing body.
We respectfully urge the House to pass this measure.
